Love Love Love - Smart Monitors

This is why you want this and not Snuza or Owlet: Both require some fiddling with the baby, whether it's a diaper or a leg, and it's super awkward at 3am, when the baby finally fell asleep again, and guess what, you forgot to put it on. My husband and I prefer Angelcare A LOT over other wearables. First, the child will not outgrow it for a while. Snooza starts falling off as soon as the baby turns over and the owl outgrows it. Second, Angelcare will go pretty much anywhere you want as long as there's a hard surface underneath; Easily converts from a bassinet to a crib. I put a rimless baking sheet under ours and it works great. After all, if the child is already asleep and you need to put him to bed, that's fine - turn him on without getting up from a comfortable bed by pressing a few buttons on the mobile unit. Ours is now under Newton's mattress and we haven't had any false alarms. Buy it with the knowledge that it will do everything you need!
