It was probably the correct product but not for my NTG5S1 - 2016
The product worked as described but did not activate my Android Auto and did not remove the CarPlay that was already installed. It says you need the latest firmware, so I'm guessing mine wasn't that. My 2016 machine - built 03/2016 - CLS400 already has 14U (Smartphone Pack) and 16U (Carplay Pack) installed. So be careful if you cannot identify our existing firmware with these activators.
