Based on my observations this rotary cutter is a gem for any quilting or scrapbooking project .It cuts smoothly and effortlessly without harming the surfaces beneath. ITS size also fits well in my hands. the only drawback is that the blade dulls out quickly with frequent use, which can be a hassle to replace. Nonetheless, it's a reliable tool for precision cutting in any arts and crafts setting..
