One of my favorite ways to cook things like veggies or pork/beef ribs is on the grill. But if you live in a more northerly climate, outdoor grilling becomes impossible as winter sets in, as the cold and weather not only make outdoor cooking uncomfortable, but also seriously affect propane expansion. This grill is the perfect solution. The heating element has enough power for cooking, the grill grate is very well designed to avoid fat dripping directly onto the heating element, the water bowl is conveniently placed, and the operation interface is easy to use and works well. The fan is really quite powerful and pulls the smoke and fumes down from the hob. This, combined with the innovative grate design, means this thing is very efficient at cooking food almost completely smoke-free. My only complaint is that there is no filter here and the oil only pools on the fan and lower fan tray. However, given how incredibly easy it is to completely disassemble and wash this item, that's probably not an impediment. Seriously, the whole thing is disassembled and everything can be completely washed except for the electronic part of the heating element and the fan. Including the entire base. Seriously, this thing is so easy to clean. TL; DR Awesome Grill, no smoke, easy to use, easy to clean, with little oil buildup in the fan.
