Review on ⚡️ Southwire LLC Bonding Plug for Neutral Ground by Andrew Grant

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well done but you can roll your own for a little less

What do you need a connector like this for? When operating a portable generator with a floating ground using extension cords, rather than being permanently connected to a structure (whose safety grounding it shares in such a case), OSHA regulations require that the generator neutral conductor be connected to the generator frame. With this type of plug, connection is made by simply inserting the plug into one of the generator's 120-volt sockets. Conversion to floating floor is done by simply pulling the fork. However, you can just buy an Edison plug and tie the neutral (white) to ground internally, which will save you a few bucks, but in this case the job is done for you. The connector also allows the connection of a portable floating earth generator. to the RV because the RV expects the power supply to provide ground. To connect to the house, the plug must be removed, which earths the generator, as the NEC dictates that a building's wiring system must only be connected to one earth - in this case, the building's protective earth.
