This brace was the best for my arthritic knee/chondromalacia. Doctor says I need a replacement, I am off medication and unable to sleep because of the pain, I am off medication and am sleeping/walking with minimal/no pain. This is adjustable for custom comfort, I have to wear a layer of the t-shirt on my back as the velcro sometimes irritates my skin. It's easy to put on and take off with Velcro straps. ** I am a physical therapist and now I recommend it to all my knee pain patients, the price is very reasonable so worth a try.
