Review on Kalon Women'S 4-Pack Crewneck T-Shirt Base Layer Set (Festival Collection) by Chris Edwards

My Take, as a BIG Girl.

First, my stats: I am 5'5", currently 236.2lbs, and have been cartoonishly curvy all over from size 6 to 26. I am in the process of changing pretty much everything about my relationship with food and movement and am down 7.1 lbs in sixteen days. I'm including this info so people to whom my review doesn't apply (most people) won't waste their time.I bought the pack with white, black, navy and gray heather and I bought XXL. I love the look of tees that are on the classier side, that could be dressed UP or down. The verdict? When I buy anything XXL, it's usually quite a bit more accomodating, probably due to vanity-sizing, so these are about 1-1/2 sizes too snug right now. I wanted a true-crew fit at the neck, these are wider at the neck than a crew fit but not as deep as a scoop. Still the neckline is clean and nicely tailored. If you have a curvy rear and think the sausage-casing fit is kind of. NOT for you, you'll need to order up a size, if you can, or you'll be uncomfortable with the too tight fit there. Interestingly, the short sleeves just skim the bicep/tricep, a VERY pleasant surprise - with none of the too-tight scratchy armhole fit. This is especially nice if you train with weights. At my current dimensions(!) the black and navy are ALMOST attractive, but the gray heather looks a bit."dumpy" yet, and the white, as you can guess, leaves little to the imagination so it won't be wearable for a while (no surprise there). All over, these tees have a nice stretch but they're way too long and VERY snug across my rear. I'll wait and see what happens as the weight comes off but I'm fairly certain the hem will have to be taken up.I bought these because they're closest to MY style, I wanted something new that WOULD fit soon (I hope), and as a way to gauge how smaller-fitting clothes are fitting as the weight comes off. I think I will need to be at a typical size "L" before the "XXL" fits. And I suspect the too-long length will have to be adjusted. It may be too early to say yes, i will buy again but yes, I probably will if I can get a closer crew neck. I will update as the pounds say goodbye.
