Review on TEARcloud by Buddy Colbert

Easy to use, simple interface that allows you send emails with pre-defined templates which can be edited or created as per requirement. Pricing is not very competitive compared to competitors such as MailChimp etc., but we are looking at ways of providing more value add features for our customers (eg recurring billing). We have been able solve most email sending problems using TearCloud so far. I like how it syncs across devices - desktop/mobile via web browser and native iOS app too! It's also easy to set up an auto responder sequence if required. The user experience was really good when first launching into beta testing last year from feedback received; since then updates have improved this further. As mentioned above, pricing could perhaps improve their market share against other providers who offer free plans whilst offering similar functionality? Using tear cloud has allowed us reduce time spent.
