I use amber lenses when I run the trails at the local state park. I lose my sunglasses regularly, so I don't invest in high quality and expensive sunglasses. All the glasses I buy are under $20. In this price range I have found very durable and comfortable glasses. Unfortunately, these glasses do not fall into this category. Yellow lenses work well with low distortion but the nose bridge is very uncomfortable. After a few dozen 10+ mile runs, the frame broke near the nose bar when I took it off. I'm pretty gentle with my glasses and don't feel like I used too much force to break them. All in all I was disappointed with these sunglasses.
