I don't know what happened to Lenovo — I worked with IBM in the early 2000s to build an award-winning think tank. Right now every Lenovo I've bought will stop charging after about a month of use (new - under warranty). The tech support is absolutely abysmal - what happened to the Smart Center? I did not expect incompetence and rudeness! But hey, with Dell and HP as your competitors, where do you go? It's a race to the bottom and right now I'd say these manufacturers are neck and neck. In the meantime, I have employees who can't work because new computers break under warranty and the only thing they can do is take the truck to have the battery changed! What happened to the Smart Center? The economics of failure is alive and well at Lenovo
