This review is about Uwelding's customer service, not plasma cutting. I have had an LT3500 plasma cutter for a little over a year and have not made any heavy cuts. Last week I had problems with a cutter head that didn't work for a long time. After calling Alex and emailing photos a few hours later, I received a tracking number for a new burner head. That alone makes this little gem worth its weight in gold in my opinion. Thanks Alex! 3-13-19 update - got a new flashlight head and it has a 2 pin connector instead of 3 like the "red" version of this flashlight. I emailed Alex again and within 15 minutes received an email with a three to two contact adapter. Thanks again Alex!
