I almost never write reviews but felt I should give this product a thought. This is one of the worst products I have ever come across. It arrived with the missing parts. What was included did not match or fit properly in their respective containers. I would have to tape them down to keep them from falling off. In addition, the wood is very split - a hazard not only for the person assembling the product, but also a potential source of injury for any bird that later uses the playground. I think I could glue the parts that came with the product and I think I could sand down the parts from the playgrounds. However, since I paid almost $30 for it, I felt that as a consumer, I shouldn't cause such problems and surely these problems should have been solved by the company before the product came out. It wasn't even packed in a crate - the crate was nailed to the wooden base of the playground itself. I urge every bird owner to stay away from this product.
