Plus size. I was confused by the sizing as it said the model has a 23 inch waist and I have a 26. I bought a small size but I will make it to order. I love the design of the skirt, the colors and the lacing are so cute! I bought two colors: black and red and black and green. I also like that you can't see anything through the fabric.
