Review on Shure AONIC 50 Black Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones by Shonda Smykle

I really want to like these headphones. They are well built with beautiful aesthetics. I've been looking for noise canceling headphones for a long time. I wanted good noise reduction, but my main goal was great sound with all high definition codecs. Unfortunately, these earbuds were a huge disappointment in terms of noise cancellation. Some good online reviews state that the low frequency noise reduction is better than the Sony wh1000xm3. You are terrible. I turned on a fairly loud fan and could hear it clearly in another room with noise cancellation on maximum and music playing. The sound is ok but for $400 it should be better than this. I know Shure headphones and unfortunately they don't live up to the reputation of other Shure products. I really wanted to like these headphones but I can't recommend them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere (Sony wh-1000xm3, new wh-1000xm4 or Bose 700). The Shure look great but they don't do a great job at noise cancellation and they were back the same day they arrived.
