I like that it fits the toilet snugly. But after assembly everything is together. The toilet seat was still moving. I used a regular screwdriver and a drill. In the beginning it was pretty tight. It didn't move and two days later it worked the same as the last two toilet seat hinges. I didn't like the black silicone screw they have to be screwed into. The white plastic pieces that come with the kit didn't fit my standard toilet so I couldn't use them, so I can't rate this product 100%. It is very difficult to align the screw with the grooves. I had no instructions.
