Bought for my wonderful hound mix who walks with me in the mornings. He doesn't get wet in light rain and seems to find it comfortable. He doesn't try to run away when I put him on like he has in the past with several seat belts I've bought and had to return. This is our first rain jacket and it's a keeper. (Can't comment on the pouring rain as we're staying home these days.) We have the XXXL and it fits him perfectly, even the length from neck to base of tail. He has a very deep chest and weighs 95 pounds. The jacket is easy to put on and take off thanks to Velcro at the neck and underneath. The velcro is strong and the green color is clearly visible. The fleece lining is very soft but picks up a lot of stray hairs. The lint roller solves this problem. Happy trails!
