They were able to handle our large volume of work without breaking down or losing image quality. The turnaround times for revisions was quick as well. The software itself may be more difficult than other solutions we've used in the past (especially if you're less familiar with graphic programs - but they have great support!). Make sure you are clear on what needs done before signing up - because there's so much functionality out there today that doesn't include everything needed! We need a simple way to visually communicate across channels without having to constantly recreate content. It allows us to do this at multiple levels/scales simultaneously which provides consistent branding throughout.
