Review on 🧺 Maximize Space with Lynk Over Door or Wall Mount 16 Hook Rack: Shirt, Belt, Hat, Coat, Towel Organizer in Elegant Platinum by Nicole Walker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great design concept; normal performance => 4 stars all round

The concept of the clothes rail for belts/ties/etc. is outdated, but this one shines with its size and versatility. But where it falls short is the build quality. On the plus side: the stand is attractive/distinguished by the brown color; The hooks are large and slide so you can control how much you want on each bar and where items line up vertically. The design is smart and simple - the shelf "rises" about 2 inches from the door to provide ample hanging/viewing space. NOTE: The two clips hanging from the top of the door are flat. but narrow(!). They will attach to a standard door but any thicker ones to be decided at random (instructions state that you should flatten the fastener that goes over the top of the door with pliers and then use two additional screws to attach each fastener of the door on top of the door itself. If your door is about 1.75" thick you will need to use this option to hang the rack! The latches barely fit my door so that was fine. I really wish you would have a 5 or 6 pole option, not just 4 poles; hooks on the pole stay there forever (to add/remove a hook you have to unscrew the entire post); plastic and after you put 2-3 leather straps on one hanging you can see that it starts to tighten a little; the ends of each rod are held in place by a screw that needs to be screwed in - they are very difficult to screw in as the end will become loose There is a small plastic hole on each rod that you must "drive" the screw in. Use a lot of force. However, do not use an electric drill, otherwise you run the risk of "tearing" the thin plastic hole very easily. The instructions will tire you, so use your arm strength, but be prepared for a serious test of your grip strength. in both hands.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Something is wrong
