I like how easy it was to use with all of our employees in different states! It also made scheduling so much easier for my department and myself as well since we have over 100 people working under us at any given moment during peak times which can be overwhelming!! Nothing really but if your looking into this software make sure you do some research ahead because there are better ones out there now days especially when compared to their pricing structure.

We were able solve many problems with employee issues such as sick leave or vacation payouts etc..
