The lights are beautiful and I am very happy with how they look on my tree. Although they are expensive, they are worth the extra cost as the effects they produce are unique and different from any traditional LED lights you have seen before. The ability to change color themes and effect speed offers endless possibilities and a unique experience every time you turn on your tree. These Special Edition Generation 2 bulbs have a warm white light reminiscent of old bulbs. White colors are displayed with less blue cast than traditional LED lights. These Generation 2 tubes also feature very precise music timing. Play Christmas music and watch the tree dim, pulse and blink to the music. I bought 3 sets of 250 bulbs for 7.5ft 60in wood and found that quantity to be perfect. I would highly recommend these bulbs and feel that the cost of the 2nd generation bulbs is well worth the extra cost.
