Disappointing in packaging

My daughter had a hard time with paper instructions and builds things great, I tried it and felt her disappointment. Throw away paper instructions and watch a video that was way better. We worked on it together, but sometimes it was difficult to put the pieces together. After connecting the fox/cat together, you need to split it in half to wrap the garlands. It was one of the recommended toys for a 10 year old girl, I don't know how it got on the list unless it was a joke.
