I like that we are able to get insight into our customer data in such detail as well has being very easy for us to find what information is needed when it comes time do make decisions about how best utilize marketing efforts with this type of toolset available - nothing really so far seems off or missing anything at all! The only thing i dislike right away would be not having access to Salesforce Reports (or some other similar report creating system) through out their platform but they said there will likely come one day soon which makes me feel better knowing its coming eventually. We use them primarily because we have many different clients across various industries/brands who require varying levels of customization around sales activities. Their ability to easily customize each client experience without much hassle from my end allows us continue to grow while maintaining control over every aspect of communication between ourselves ancl customers alike. A big plus point.
