weak fixation on Cheese Tools

Had to send back because the wire came loose (twice) when cutting the peppers. I overtightened it after it loosened the first time because I might not have guaranteed it would be tight. But after the second time it came loose at the end of the wire when the round piece was inserted into the socket. The cheese was soft and I sliced it thinly. Not very comforting. sent back along with the extra cables I ordered.
