I've had a pair of Havaianas for about 6 years and they are very comfortable and durable. However, they differed slightly from it: the strap was not thin. With this thin strap, the flip flops are a bit tight. I thought they might get a little more comfortable after a while but I've been using them for 2 months now and the strap is still too tight and if I wear them for a few hours or so they usually leave a strap mark on top. My legs. While I was able to wear my previous Havaianas for over 2 hours, I can't do that with these. That is, I use these shoes, when I'm at home as slippers and/or when I go to the beach/lake. That's why they do the work. As a brand I like Havaianas and I think I'll buy another pair, not necessarily this model but with a more elastic strap. EDIT: The strap just snapped, not from overuse.
