I have been using drawer products for 50 years. Air ducts, shop lighting, extension cords, etc. I know how to handle these things. Despite good reviews, this one will not be left out no matter what I do. In addition, the ball that prevents him from hitting is adjustable in one direction. But I wanted it to be on the end so it wouldn't hang around where I would run into it. No chance. I had to destroy this thing to get it moving. Maybe I did something wrong but there is no guide how to set it up so I tried my best. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable going back so I'll just attribute it to experience. ** UPDATE ** I have been contacted by DEWENWILS customer service regarding my review. I felt from the start that they just wanted to make me a happy customer. After several emails back and forth, it was discovered that I had a defective unit. They offered me a few options to solve the problem and I settled on a replacement. 3 days later I had a new device and it works great! Smooth, easy work. Exactly as it should be and more. So I upgraded to 5 stars for the product and excellent customer service. Great job DEWENWILS!
