The screws turned out to be quite soft
The product looks good and is not too badly assembled. Once in place it was very functional. Extra screws were provided for the bed brackets which were much needed as they were so flimsy. Even if the pilot holes are drilled too large, the soft Phillips will wear out. I ended up drilling and tapping holes and using bolts instead of screws. Also, the template was pretty pathetic. It would be better to measure and mark your 3 holes with a center punch to make sure the brackets line up properly. This will NOT stop me from buying it again, still a very good accessory. Just use your own judgment to install.
