I have been working at a desk for about 10 years. This is the FIRST chair that actually offers the lumbar and neck support I need at work. The chair was very easy to assemble; Took me 10-15 minutes. There were gloves in the box to assemble the chair (only 3 screws and no drill needed). As a woman I find the gloves a very nice addition, they are well thought out. The packaging was also excellent and all parts were well packed for shipping. This chair offers the best lumbar and neck support of any chair I have used in the past. It is very comfortable and can be adjusted in many ways to provide adequate support to anyone using the chair. The neck support is one of my favorite features of this chair as I tend to lean forward when I work. This chair encourages me to sit up straight and rest my neck throughout the day. The lumbar support is not just a hard back like the others. With my previous chairs, the lower back didn't move and was always too low for what I needed for my back. This chair is adjustable so you can adjust the lower back support to suit your specific needs. I would recommend this chair to anyone who works at a desk or sits for long periods of time. You will not be disappointed with the comfort, style and quality of this chair. The price was also very cheap and worth every penny! When you spend so much time sitting it is important to find the right product to meet those needs and this chair fulfills them in every way.
