Save yourself the headache and don't buy this item. The product came in factory packaging. When opening and connecting the phone, the charging icon lit up, but it didn't charge. After more than an hour of connection, my phone actually lost 4% battery. I read a lot of negative reviews about this item but since it was made by several different sellers I thought it was worth a try since it only costs $5. I was wrong. I believe the sellers, all on this item, are knowingly selling factory defects as brand new, retail quality items. If it cost me more than $5 I would make a fuss about this nonsense. I think that's exactly what you expected! For $5 it's not even worth contacting those slackers for a refund as I'd pay more than it's worth just sending it back to them. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
