Impractical: Home Office Chairs

Buying an office chair online is cumbersome because you can never test it before you buy it. Sending back such a bulky thing is also a headache. The concept of this chair is great (when it works). However, it has at least three short drops: 1) The seat is too small (short). I'm only 5'6 and 200 pounds. Aside from fitting my butt on the seat, my legs (hips) are up in the air. About 1/3 of the seat is lost through the hip pad. However, you can adjust the pillow up and down, but not in thickness. 2) The armrest is not comfortable. It's a semi-soft plastic (maybe polypropylene?), not stuffed. 3) The backrest is ok, but the headrest needs an inch more. Can buy a pillow to fill the gap.
