Strong velcro, holds a heavy extension cord easily.
I purchased several of these as I'm a big fan of velcro cable ties for my network, audio, and small appliance power cables, and I am pleased to say that their big brother here works very well. I have a 50-foot heavy-duty heavy-gauge wire extension cord held by this, and it works perfectly. VERY happy with this purchase.
