All Cat Harnesses Should Have This Design! The buckles are ONLY on the shoulders and the stitched armholes ensure soft and seamless comfort. My cat (like most) hates buckles and straps so he manages to free himself from other straps. It has TWO rings, one on each side of the shoulder plate, so even if the velcro fails (NEVER happened before), the buckles attached to the leash will keep the cat secure long enough to grab it. Good quality fabric and sewn well!
