I was very excited after reading the reviews of this microphone, but with the microphone in hand and connected to my Windows 10 or Linux computers I have to admit, that I was very disappointed. The microphone was showing up as a strange device in the device list and when I try to use it it can't record any sound, even after I disabled my built-in microphone. It was easy to set up and connect, but if that doesn't work, that's a moot point. I got a lot of attention from the support team trying to get it working but in the end it just didn't work. I suggested sending it back. BUT the supplier said no. I got a full refund anyway because the seller took note of the state of our world and said to just leave it as it is so it doesn't create any more shipping traffic. I haven't had success with the mic, but rest assured I won't be avoiding them in the future. I tip my hat to the seller who thinks about more than just money in this time of global crisis. Many Thanks
