Review on MasterControl Documents by Dana Mahendra

I like how easy it was set up with our current platform; they have some great support people that are very helpful! The interface could be better - perhaps more intuitive? And if there were different types of licenses available (i think we only had 1 type). We needed this product since documents management has been so important at my previous employer as well as being part of daily operations here now. Not having access or visibility into what other employees file makes me uneasy about working around their files/documents etc., even when not using them myself.
