I ordered this for my son's "wild one" first birthday party and it was perfect! I was a little nervous because some reviews said the design was cheap and came off after washing the first time, but I have washed both my shirt and his onesie twice and they still look like new! I don't like form fitting shirts, so I ordered a medium. And he runs on the little side, but the 12 month fit perfectly. I would say the onesie runs small, so if you have a chunky baby, I would size up! (For reference, he can still fit in 6 month onesies, and the 12 month fit perfect;and I'm 5'3)
