This is a set of 14 whitening treatments (2 pieces, one for upper teeth and one for lower teeth). Each procedure is individually wrapped. Although I am a grown woman, I have a child-sized mouth and teeth. These pieces fit easily in my mouth. As for the top, it fits over my front teeth and a little on the sides. The bottom part is a bit more difficult to assemble as I have small teeth. However, this tape is suitable. The excess parts of the strip are folded over the teeth. I keep the strips for 30 minutes as directed. They whiten my teeth a bit and are comparable to other whitening strips I've used although they are much cheaper. I have sensitive teeth and don't mind using these strips. Mint flavored strips. I spit out the excess in 30 minutes as I don't want to swallow the solution. (Either what's used on the strips or my own mouth foams up a bit. The sink should be comfortable.) My rating is 4 stars for good, easy-to-use whitening strips that really improve my teeth.
