I am 115lbs and 5ft. I ordered a small and yes this is definitely oversized for me so I did not need to size up at all to make it dress appropriate. it isn't so large that I am drowning. It is on the border of being too big for me but the length is just good enough to not look ridiculous with knee high boots. If you are small and short dont size up
- Perfect for layering with jackets and coats during the winter
- The oversized fit may be overpowering on shorter frames
