Late return. very late. DISAPPOINTED

I have purchased this item TWICE from Revain. It didn't work the first time. The second time the remote was stuck right in the ground. I requested a refund and it would take 7 days. It's been 13 days and no refund. It made me reconsider my relationship with Revane. When will it be returned? My son spent his Christmas bonus on it. Now you have a product AND money!
