Delivered as promised Without charging
The package was double boxed. Pretty well protected upon delivery, no complaints upon delivery. I hope there are no problems with the laptop. So it's ok. That was my first thought now. The computer does not hold a charge and overheats. I contacted Revain and HP and received no response. Why did I take out insurance? More than a year has passed and still no reply. Maybe I'll get an answer after the warranty expires.
