This docking station does not support more than 1 monitor simultaneously over 1080p. I have an old fashioned Dell dock that is over 5 years old that can power my 2 x 2k monitors but it will not and has been confirmed by Dell. It's unbelievable that Dell's top PC of 2017 can't be connected to more than one high-resolution monitor at the same time, since the only dock that works with it doesn't meet the requirements. Even when connected to multiple lower resolution displays, I got a lot of flickering at the beginning of each boot sequence, which can't be good for monitors. This is despite having the latest BIOS, drivers and firmware for all relevant hardware and having spoken to Dell Support about the issue. Also, every time I start the computer I get a warning that the PSU is not delivering enough 130W. This is despite the fact that I am using the 130w PSU that the post says. Although I finally got rid of the message via the BIOS, the fact is that the laptop battery has to compensate for the lack of power from the power supply from time to time. If your needs are basic this might work for you but I don't recommend it. .
