Bad shape! Best in Bread and Loaf Pans
The silicone is quite thin and the pans don't have a hood design. They bulge outwards a lot when baking, making the bread very convex. Not a very convenient shape for slicing bread. The outward crease reduces the height/slope and you also lose your "thigh" on the loaf. I would not recommend it for baking bread.
