I just got a standing desk and since DisplayPort is already picky about anything over 3ft I figured if I needed the extra length at 4K resolution they would be perfect. , and you. The processing quality is very solid, the connections are well fixed. Being a fiber optic cable, the cable itself is very thin and flexible, making the monitor very easy to carry and handle. I don't know if there are major benefits over a standard $15 Displayport copper cable that's only 10 feet long, but I can definitely vouch for the quality of this cable and would recommend it.
