I like how easy it was for us as an organization to implement this program into our existing infrastructure (the software). It didn't require any additional hardware/software purchases or licensing costs beyond what we already had - so there wasn’t much initial risk at taking on something new! Also liked being able to use my current employee database rather than needing another one built specifically for their needs. We haven't done anything else yet but look forward to seeing results once implemented; however, given the low cost and ease-of implementation, now seems like as good time to do some testing without going through too many risks first. Trying out different features (ease of setup) and giving feedback while still keeping things simple before moving ahead.
