Doesn't stretch.: Casual
It has elastic on the side but doesn't stretch. I have a 36" waist, 44" hips. It would be nice if it was closed. He just had to stretch a little more and he would close. I wear size 12 jeans and they run a bit small. But I'm keeping it and working on losing weight to make it work. Many Thanks -!
