Review on πŸ’‘ KMC 6-Outlet Power Strip with Individual Switches, Overload Protection, and 4-Foot Cord by Holly Wille

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The switches are too close to the outlet, otherwise a good, thoughtful solution

It was only a matter of time before a simple power panel required separate switches for each outlet. The KMC6 costs more but is well built, cleanliness was a solution for me to install it in an unusual place. He replaced Roswell. I ordered both together to see what works. KMC6 is actually WHITE, thanks. However, all of these individual switch panels seem to place the switch too close to the outlet. There is no room for a transformer plug that covers 90% of the breaker. I have to use a nail file or a screwdriver to turn the switch off. My finger is too big to fit in the tiny visible corner. Also, the outlets are close together, so any large plug can pose a problem. A great idea. There must be a special version for these large plugs. That's why I bought it. Also consider the savings of this device compared to buying 6 Belkin plug-in switches. I had 4 Belkin switches for lights etc in one outlet. I needed more but there is no space. I decided to remove all Belkins and replace them with a single power panel. Much cleaner solution. Just need more clearance for the switches.

Pros
  • I'm keeping my fingers crossed
Cons
  • For seniors
