This toner is part of the new Mizon Goodbye Blemish line and is the second step after cleansing skin. I applied this toner in the morning with a thin cotton pad to my face and neck. My skin immediately absorbed it. The texture of the toner is light, hydrating and did not make my face greasy, tight or irritated. This is a plus since I have sensitive, combination, acne prone skin. This toner definitely helps with my oily t-zone specially my nose where skincare products just slide off my nose (its so oily).What makes this toner stand out to me is the amazing ingredients. The second ingredient is Glycerin which is a great humectant and the 4th ingredient is Niacinamide which is great for improving acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, reducing pores. Salicylic acid (BHA) exfoliates the skin both on the surface and in the pores, treats blackheads and its anti-inflammatory. Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract is soothing and an astringent.I am currently using this toner with the Goodbye Blemishes cleanser and gel moisturizer and I think this combination is improving my skin and controlling my oily nose. Overall, I really like this toner and it is great for anyone who wants to keep blemishes at bay and improve their overall skin's health.
