If you are looking for a full and fluffy chest, then this is it. My daughter liked it. I ordered 6-8 and my daughter is 7 and she is about 50 inches tall and wears 7/8 in most kids jeans. This jacket fits well and there is room to grow. I would say it comes down to the knees but it is a very thick tutu with many layers. I hung it on a hanger in my laundry room for about a week before she had to wear it. The steam from the in-room dryer made the pack fill without looking stiff and minty. I would buy it again, I am very satisfied with the product.
