The hansgrohe customer service is excellent. They gave me 3 replacement shower heads as they all leaked from completion to shower function within 3 months of use. My beef is that they never asked me to send a defective one back. How can they fix the above problem by simply replacing the shower head every time. The third time it's dripping again and I'm so tired I won't call. I regret having replaced the entire shower and tub with hansgrohe. The faucet was also replaced with no questions asked. A very disappointing product as if not your usual shower head and faucet.
