Well made, good workmanship, solid and the hinge part rotates easily. The only thing I didn't like about my application (putting a wrangler jeep as attachment points) is that they are very loose which allows the hinge part to move freely but also means they rattle like crazy, when not powered. But I'm going to inject some silicone through the hole where the loop pivots and that should fix it.
