Received the grays and was so happy when they arrived. Although they are pretty to look at, they must not be used or touched. They have a strong pungent odor that I have never experienced with baskets. I then went ahead and picked them up hoping the smell would go away. As I was collecting, I noticed all sorts of gray shavings falling off the baskets and all over my floor. I'm still trying to be positive because I wanted to put them on my daughter's shelf. The fact that they kept falling off even after I shook them a bit and they are very prickly so my daughter nudged them every time she pulled them out. It's just not practical for us. I will try to return these. They'll probably work well for some shelving that doesn't get used often but needs some organization. I would love to photograph everything that flew off them but my 2 year old was trying to get on the floor and I wanted him swept away.
