So the reason I got this is pretty funny: my grandson has a piggy bank with narrow holes for withdrawing money. Coins can be shaken out, but bills cannot be removed. So scissors were used. The resulting bills looked like someone had cut out paper dolls. We received these pliers, they neatly solved this problem (even if the invoices ended up looking less ornate :)). Also use them to unscrew the remains of lightbulbs that are broken in the ceiling. Nest and other less exotic uses. The pliers are comfortable to the touch, durable and worth buying!
